Posted Collection

The Posted Collection is an inspiration which artist Don Briddell received when visiting his great grandfather's farm in Somerset County, Maryland. The farm, bought by the Maryland Ornithological Society and posted as a “Wildlife Management Area”, is slowly turning into marsh and is a favored habitat for a wide variety of bird life. The locals see it differently and the posted signs, presenting convenient targets, are riddled with gunfire. The irony and humor is America at it's best.

Cast in permanent sculpture resins, hand-painted with waterproof acrylics. Suitable for outdoor display and comes ready to hang. Limited editions of 950.
